Pharaoh's Garden Game Event 3
Welcome to Pharaoh's Garden Game Event 3.
Pharaoh's Garden is a gift from Pharaoh to the players of Tale 6. The Garden is designed to be a venue for airship games, foot races and other player run events. The Garden is intended to be a permanent feature for future tales.
This event will be an addition to the Great Herbe Hunt. This event has 3 sections each with a limited time frame.
The Great Herbe Dump: 60 minutes
SETESH has told all the gods about hookah's and the smoking of herbs and now all the gods of Egypt want to try this for themselves.
Players will build baskets in a designated area of the park near the registration area. Then they will bring a designated type of herb and place it in a the basket as an offering to the gods.
Herb bundles must be in 100 debin units. Players may place as many 100 debin units of the designated herbs in their basket as they wish. They may build more baskets for additional quantities. Quantities less than 100 or not in multiples of 100 will be ignored. The gods only want herbs in multiples of 100 debins.
Players will have 60 minutes to bring all the herbs they wish to offer to the gods.
Players that offer up the greatest quantities of the designated herbs in multiples of 100 debins will win prizes.
NOTE 1: All baskets and the herbs inside become the property of the gods at the end of the event. The gods will take them away from the mortal world.
NOTE 2: Only the most common types of herb will be used. Rare herbs will not be requested.
Details
This is a solo event. There are no teams.
At the start of each round, SCHU, god of air,will announce the name of the herb required.
Only the herb that is revealed at the start of reach round will count!
Players may then build their first basket and begin filling it with the designated herb. Please group any additional baskets together to facilitate the scoring.
Note: Please build all baskets in the marked area near the banners
Note: Baskets require 28 dried flax + 8 boards and hold 1,000 bulk.
To contribute to a player's score, herbs must be in units of 100. eg 100, 200, 500. Odd lot amounts will not count.
Everyone will start at the same time.
Everyone will have 60 minutes to build their baskets and bring the designated herb to the park.
There is no restriction on travel to and from the park for this event. You may spouse warp, way point, or use wings of horus to bring herbs to the park. The chariot is open both way from South Egypt to Memphis.
If any player needs Special Assistance please contact the Aero Club prior to the start of the event to make arrangements.
Registration
There is no official registration for this event. A player's basket with at least 100 of the required herb serves as registration.
Scoring
After 60 minutes the game will end. Aero Club Officials will begin to count and tabulate the quantities of herbs in the baskets.
Herb quantities in odd numbers will be ROUNDED DOWN. eg 199 will count as 100.
NOTE 1: All baskets and the herbs inside become the property of the gods at the end of the event. The gods will take them away from the mortal world.
Prizes
Prizes will be awarded. Prizes are subject to availability and may be altered or limited in quantity. All prizes will be awarded if possible.
Note: This is a player run event and while all attempts at “fairness” will be standard operating procedure, the final determination of what is or is not fair, winners and other miscellaneous legal issues rests with the GM or Event Organizers.
The Great Herbe Dump Awards
1st prize for the largest quantity of herbs offered up to the gods.
2nd thru 7th place will receive prizes
There will be a participation prize. [Requires building a basket with a minimum of 100 of the required herb.]
There will be a lotttery for each round.

Time Table and Schedule
The exactly timing of each event will be determined on game day. It should be anticipated that changes and alterations in any of the events may happen. Should the Event Organizers determine there are insufficient participants, then the games may be altered or canceled.
Rounds
There are 3 Rounds for this event.
Each round is seperate from any other round.
Each round will have a different herb required. The required herb will be announced at the start of the round.
Each round will receive prizes.
At the end of each round, scoring and tablulation will begin.
Prior to the start of the next round, SCHU will remove all baskets and their contents.
A player participating in more than one round will have to re-build their basket. All baskets from previous rounds will be removed prior to the start of the next round.

For this event only, players may build baskets as required for their herbs, but only in the designated area for the event.

At the end of the event, the baskets and the herbs inside them will be taken by the gods and removed from the mortal world.
No other items or structures may be built with in the park and the standard warnings apply.
Pharaoh's Garden is a NO BUILD AREA
No player built items are allowed within the confines of the garden. The only construction allowed within the garden's boundaries are those supporting events and those belonging to the garden's wardens. All other buildings, mines or constructs will be removed by the garden's protectors.

Pharaoh's Garden has an open air art museum for sculptures, gardens, fountains and other art projects. If you would like to build a project at the park, please apply at Pharaoh's Garden Office (near the entrance of the park).
Protests, Complaints or Concerns
The final determination of what is or is not fair, winners and other miscellaneous legal issues rests with the GM or Event Organizers.
