I'm skeptical about the need to include a column for Honey flavor on this page. In my experience Honey flavor is based entirely on the honey that is added, not on the action of the yeast. UPDATE: Just now I brewed a beer using only burnt & dark malt, yet it had a small amount of honey flavor! Fascinating. Will investigate further and try to figure out what happened. -- Hekatef
