The River Plains Public Works was created for the benefit of all of River Plains.
Main Compound is located just west of the ULead. Guild hall (1480, 2042) is just south of that, between Sarch and Sart. Across from the starting point banner.
All equipment is free for public use. Feel free to use whatever you need.
Donations can be dropped in the chests at the compound, or boards and bricks for guild hall expansion can be placed inside the Guild Hall itself.
