Improved Obelisk Meditation

The choice whether to overbuild a current tallest obelisk which has not yet passed, or wait for it to pass before building, is a valid strategic choice. However, the current lack of information and confusing wording of the Obelisk Meditation window hinders people from being able to tell whether they are overbuilding an unpassed obelisk or not, decreasing strategy and instead causing accidental drama. The following small changes should repair this:

1. For the current tallest obelisk of each type in a region, instead of the coordinates of the obelisk, the meditation window will display the time left until the obelisk passes, or will say PASSED if the obelisk has already passed.

2. All instances of the phrase "in the land" will be replaced with the more accurate phrase "in the region".
