I have two chemical baths located at[[User:Rabble/mycamp | my camp in 7L (739, -1647)]].  These baths are not public as someone might accidentally dump the acid.  But if you want to use them, just chat me.  I'll set the baths(s) public while you make your metals.  I'll even loan you a set of tongs to remove the items from the bath.  Chemical Baths only process 100 metal at a time.  If a building needs more than 100, you need to run several batches through the bath.

The game ignores extra attributes on treated metals. If you need "Stainless" titanium then "Hard Stainless" titanium will also work.
