Serenity Public Works (SPW) is a Public Works Guild in Southern Egypt. It is not necessary to join the Guild to use most of the items in the PW compound.
Location
SPW is located 60 seconds from the SE Chariot Stop at 1217, -5475. It is convenient for SE residents and for those who want a PW located near a CS.
