Veggie Tales Onions Fix.

On 2nd and subsequent passes, it would fail if you used your last seed (Plant menu was blank). Now it will refresh this window, after it harvests, to show the Onion Seeds on the menu again. Now it will not fail from the 'Cant find plant menu error'. (Only applies if you didn't have any extra seeds in inventory).
Increased "screen_refresh_time" value from 50 to 300 to help prevent problems from pinning up the windows.
