I'm always working on my Macros or creating new ones. Tale 6 will be more about the game and not so much time on Macros. All of the macros from Tale 5 should still work. I'll fix them as I find issues.
If you have a certain request or have an issue with one of the current macros, let me know. Some problems are small fixes that I don't bother with posting and I can lead you in the right direction.
I probably forget to pass on some settings that I found again at the beginning of this tale but this is what you need...
- Under Options>Interface Options under Menu... Turn OFF "Right-Click opens a Menu as Pinned"
- Under Options>One-Click and Related I have "Plant all crops where you stand" ON and
- "Enable hotkeys on flax" OFF
I use Windows 7 and have
- Taskbar locked
- Taskbar autohides
- Maximized eGenesis Client window
One other thing we have found, my settings on Win7 are default font and under display in win7, it's set on Smaller - 100%(default) The macro reads the screen so if anything is changing it in any way, it wont see what it needs to see.
Use these settings for ALL of my macros unless I say otherwise.
ACTool has not been updated in a very long time and I doubt it will. Run as administrator and it's doing some strange things on startup. If you run a macro and it's not doing anything, Hit F2. The macros pause for some people. If you need to abort a macro 1 of 2 ways should work. Hitting F2 or alt Tab followed by an immediate alt. Then use the menu bar to stop the macro.
It seems some of the macros need slight adjustments with the new Tale.
I've been considering changing all my macros to AutoHotKey due to the fact that ACTool has not been updated in quite some time. ACTool does everything I need except for a couple of wants. I am very comfortable with ACTool and hate to give it up. I will continue to update and test my current macros but have decided to start development on my own macro engine.
UPDATE!!! - After many hours of work, I've found a way to implement the main feature of all my current macros! That means I can now port ALL of them over to .NET and have started work on them. Firepit macro can now do 8 pits. I just need to do a bit more testing with more pits. Also working on Carpentry Blade macro from Tale 2

Here is a link to last tales macros. Most work without edits, some I may need to update. == Tale 5 Macros ==
All Macros below have been tested in Tale 6
- You can always change resolutions to the smaller one to run my macro's without edits. If I have enough people that want a certain resolution, I'll add it if I can.
Carpentry Shop
I just reworked this one to work in a grid of carpentry shops. It was mainly set up for my guild last tale. It has preset resolutions but will work in any resolution. Directions at top of macro.
FirePit64
This is my first AutoHotKey macro to run firepits. It will only run 1 firepit so far. There are a few more things I want to do with it before I call it complete but I have tested it up to 30 stokes without a problem. It does miss on occasion.
- It's an exe file so simply run it.
- Resolution 1920x1080. Have not tested it in other resolutions
- Double F8 view zoomed all the way in.
- Chat minimized.
Once you run it, set how many stokes you want to do, you can either select a value from the drop down or type in a number. Middle mouse click on the upper left portion of the log that is pointing north as in the marked picture above. I stood north of the firepit. Once you click on this spot, do not move your character. Click start and it will find the starting location and a msgbox will appear. It is here that you make sure your firepit is loaded, light it then alt tab to see the message box again, click yes and it will do its thing. I hope you enjoy. This version is a 64 bit version, you can find a 32 bit version here
FirePit .Net
- Here is the new FirePit macro written from scratch in .Net. I still have a bit more testing before I call it final and I will add more pits. I need to do a partial rewrite to get multiple pits running correctly. I'll get to it when I have time. Also trying to play the game :)
- You need the .NET 4 Framework installed for this to work.
- Double F8 view zoomed all the way in.
- Pick Resolution
- Pick # of pits (Not really active yet but pick 1)
- Choose stokes or type in any number you want
- Check Slow Motion if you have a bit of lag or you are having problems finding the start position.
- Middle click on North pointing piece of wood (See picture above in FirePit64)
- Close chat
- Make sure pit is loaded
- Click start or Press F2 - After it finds the start location, "Light Fire" window may be behind atitd. Light your fire, alt tab and press ok. I use a maximized ATITD window.
- F2 to stop execution
- Don't have AcTool running in background. F2 Hotkey sometimes activates AcTool and shrinks your screen.
1/13/12 - Added 1440x900 Resolution
1/14/12 - Added Slow Mode
Grass Picker
For Candi :) This is a grass picker that will keep you in 1 small area. Alt Tab to stop.
Kettles
Fixed from Tale 5, only tested with 2 kettles so let me know if you have problems with more.
Multi Tool
From tale 2 and should work in all resolutions. Will do Coconuts, Digs, Dirt, Focus for Dowsing, Hackling Rake, Hookah, Limestone and Loom. Make sure your skills tab is selected and all stats are visable.
Send me in-game message if you need help. Due to different hardware and lag that people have, the macros may not work for you but I can maybe help and point you in the right direction.
