Removal of clutter and inappropriate placement of low-value buildings act.
1. The following buildings will henceforth be known as low-value buildings:
- (i) Wood plane.
- (ii) Small distaff (Built outside a compound).
- (iii)Flimsy brick rack.
- (iv) Drying Rack.
- (v) Apiary.
- (vi) Flax comb (Built outside a compound).
2. No player shall be allowed to build a low-value building within 20 co-ordinates of the initial sector of a compound belonging to another player.
3. An exception to rule 2 is made in the following circumstances:
- (i) If the low-value building is within 15 co-ordinates of your own compound's initial sector.
- (ii)If the compound you are building close to is owned by a guild of which you are a member, however elders in this guild will have the right to salvage any low-value buildings built under this exemption.
4. A compound owner may salvage any low-value building which has previously been built within 20 co-ordinates of the initial sector of their compound If the low-value building would have been prohibited under this law.
- (4a) Rule 4 only applies if the low value building was built after the compound was built.
5. In the case of a guild-owned compound, any Elder of the guild is considered to have the rights of a compound owner in respect to this section 4 of this law.
6. Any low value building which has been unused for 21 RL days can be salvaged, by any paid player.
- (6a) Low-value buildings within 15 co-ordinates of the initial sector of a compound owned by the builder will be exempt from rule 6.
- (6b) Apairies cannot be salvaged under this rule.
7. Any buildings owned by a player who has been subsequently been banned from the game can be salvaged by any player, regardless of their value-status or location.
