== Source ==

Created in a [[Pigment Laboratory]] using various quantities of ingredients. The 11 ingredients are:
* [[Cabbage Juice]] - purple
* [[Carrots]] - orange
* [[Clay]] - brown
* [[Dead Tongue Mushroom]]s - reddish
* [[Toad Skin Mushroom]]s - dark green
* [[Earth Light Mushroom]]s - light green
* [[Red Sand]] - bold red
* [[Lead]] - blue grey
* [[Silver Powder]] - black
* [[Iron]] - rust
* [[Copper]] - aqua

The 4 catalysts are:
* [[Sulfur]]
* [[Potash]]
* [[Lime]]
* [[Saltpeter]]

== Uses ==

It is primarily used as a building material, and in research.

Our ancestors could also use paint to color their compounds. This is no longer possible in modern-day Egypt, but Teppy has mentioned that future types of compounds may include paintable areas.

== Recipes ==

Recipes involving the catalysts are Character Specific and thus will be different from person to person.

Some Base ingredients react with each other, the magnitude and direction of this reaction is also character specific.

[[Reactionless Paint Recipes]] involving just the base ingredients that don't react with each other can be used by anyone.

==Notes==
The number of colors (from 142 to 182) and the Reaction Pairs have changed for T7. Also, reactions and recipes from previous tales will no longer work due to a flaw in paint that has been fixed by Pluribus.

Deaf and Hard of Hearing Accessibility

This feature request is intended to improve accessibility for deaf and hard of hearing individuals .

Certain game mechanics are difficult for deaf people to be aware of without having to rely on others.

The three most obvious mechanics that need accommodation are:
1. Water Mines
2. Frogs
3. Cicadas

Those three rely heavily on sound as an alert.

To improve accessibility while maintaining their challenge, the game will be modified in a manner as to display a visual alert at the same time as the relevant sound is played. For example, when the water mine coughs out a crystal, a pop-up could appear as long as the player is in range of the water mine.

As to give Pluribus the necessary flexibility for coding this in, several suggestions for alerts are below, with the flyaway message and main screen message being preferred:

1. Flyaway and main screen alert
2. Pop-up message
3. Another form of on-screen interface

Without it being specifically coded into the game - The use of a third party sound level meter works fine to pinpoint frogs once the player is aware of their proximity.

This feature can be enabled either through options or via an GM Call, depending on what Pluribus thinks is suitable.

A '''Papyrus Tank''' is a [[building]] which allows you to grow [[papyrus]] from [[Papyrus Seeds (hf)|papyrus seeds]] at home, without the usual Nile sowing process. (It's also a great way to use up some of your excess seeds.)

Tank-grown papyrus is [[produces::Sterile Papyrus|sterile]], which is in most ways is identical to regular (fertile) papyrus, except that it produces no seeds of its own when dried.

Papyrus tanks takes a maximum of 100 seeds. Grow times on my tanks are between 4 hours and over 1 day. Someone reported one of their tanks had a 2 hour grow time. They also said they got 200 papyrus for their 80 seeds. Suggesting that the table is still true but truncates at 100 seeds now. -Trecares 10/31/2015
