A wind chime, crafted from a fine glass rod in an Acoustics Laboratory. There are 100 types of chime, each with its own musical note sequence. When the Test of the Windsong is released, players will be able to arrange chimes to create original music.
Nomenclature
All of the 100 chimes are named after a combination of 20 birds and 5 actions (e.g. Diving Condor, Hovering Owl).
The actions are:
- Diving
- Floating
- Gliding
- Hovering
- Soaring
The birds are:
- Albatross
- Buzzard
- Condor
- Crane
- Eagle
- Finch
- Gull
- Hawk
- Hummingbird
- Lark
- Nightingale
- Osprey
- Owl
- Parrot
- Pheasant
- Puffin
- Raven
- Sparrow
- Warbler
- Waxwing
Starting positions
The starting position, and the map is the same for all players. Each Acoustics Laboratory is different, so each actions in the lab does something different from lab to lab.
