Clinker is a waste byproduct of smelting ore in a Furnace. If you have the Masonry tech, then you will receive it, along with the finished metal, at the end of the smelting process; all of the ore that is not converted to metal becomes clinker.
Uses
Largely worthless, it is used in conjunction with bauxite and gypsum in a Clinker Vat to produce cement. You will probably generate far more clinker in the process of smelting metals than you will ever need for cement production.
