Law Text
1) It shall be illegal to run, to use travel time, to ride chariots, or to spouse-warp while holding volitile explosives.
2) It shall be illegal to give volatile explosives to another character without receiving affirmative consent to receive them [[OOC confirmation dialog box]].
3) If explosives held by an Egyptian or a building/facility operated by an Egyptian cause damage to any property (including public facilities such as expedition sites), the Egyptian is required to carve his or her name on the damaged facility(ies).
If any part of this law is veteod, the remaining parts should still hold.
