Part I: Circumstances surrounding Departed Persons

The Departed

Under this act, anything owned by a Departed Person or Departed Guild (excluding mentor shrines) may be claimed by a paid account.


Explanation of Heirs: Upon the affected player reaching 45 days of "unpaid/quit" status, that player's heir shall be notified that the affected player is in danger of becoming "departed". At this point, the heir has 15 days to claim the items bestowed upon him/her. If these items remain unclaimed at the time the affected player becomes "departed," the possessions can be claimed by any paid account.


Guilds with missing elders (but not necessarily departed persons:) In the event that a guild has no paid elders*, all guildies belonging to the next rank that contains paid players will be promoted to elder in the event that all elders have either:

  • quit the guild
  • gone unpaid for the length of the 'promotion time'

Part III: EXCEPTIONS

Nothing in this act shall be interpreted to make a mentor shrine claimable, salvageable, or removable by any player other than the original owner of the shrine, regardless of that owners status as paid, unpaid, quit, departed, or otherwise.
