Tale 7 Changes
This item is called an Iron Large Gear, and no longer just Large Gear. This used to be Large Gears, but as of Sunday October 11, 2015, the Large Gears changed to Rusty Large Gear after the following message in System channel:
The engineers at the University of Harmony would like to angrily announce that gears Egypt-wide seem to have become rusty for some reason. They're blaming it on alcohol based corrosion, but honestly, what do they know? The gears can be polished to their original state at any forge for free.
At the same time, every Large Gear in existance was changed to a Rusty Large Gear. Players can take this to any Forge and have the option available to fix the gear.

An Iron Large Gear is cast in a Master's Casting Box from
Cooling time is 20 minutes.
Hapu - Cooling time for me has consistently been 24 minutes with a stop watch. I will concede that server/client/net lag time may be a culprit.
