All you need to start is the region and the coords (the region is actually optional, but there's no reason to leave it out).
Once you add a row that has coords, saving/previewing will give you a red link to the storage container's contents page. Click that, and past a dump of "Utility -> Copy contents to clipboard". Save both pages, and you're done.
