They are collected automatically in the course of various basic tasks once one has learned the Arthropodology skill. They may be stored in chests like any other resource.
How to obtain:
- Harvest a bed of Flax, Barley, or Wheat
- Harvest Vegetables
- Collect Thorns

Uses
- 1 insect can be used to make a Lures with the Fly Tying skill.
- Varying amounts of insects can be used to feed Chickens
