Pearls come in a variety of shapes and colors. They are used in the Test of the Oyster Catcher to pass and progress in the test.
Pearls can be obtained by successfully solving an oyster bed puzzle. Accessing such puzzles requires swimming, and is therefore only possible to those signed up for the Test of the Oyster Catcher. 
Additionally, pearls can occasionally spawn on the ground near water. These can be picked up by anybody. However, found pearls cannot be installed into a necklace for the Oyster Catcher test. Pearls that spawn on the ground can be seen from 15 coords away.
Naturally spawning Small Beige Pearl found in T7 Live in Hinterlands just north of Cradle of the Sun.

Colors: Aqua, Beige, Black, Coral, Pink, Smoke, White
Also used to create Powdered Pearl.
