Test Description and Info Copied from the Tale1(!) Wiki, and corrected with what I can confirm.
Visit a University of Body to begin the Test of the Bedouin. Once you have begun the test, you may anoint common altars with cactus sap.
Every altar records the last three people to anoint it. Every minute, every altar gives one point to each of those three people. Every three game days, at between 6:55AM and 8:50AM , the top two point scorers for that time period receive one point of Dexterity and a message in your calendar saying "You have placed in the top 2 Bedouin. You have done this N times" (If one of the top scorers already has seven points of Dexterity, they receive the message but no additional Dexterity.)
A player passes the Test of the Bedouin when they have received seven points of Dexterity.
