Reactory upgrades, to x7, four reactories

Due to two ingredients being treated metals, and those can only be treated 100 at a time, we can make 100 Sun Steel at a time and upgrade reactories, using them to make more Sun Steel. The rest is easy stuff (except the Titanium treatment, of course).
