The Plan

These are the initial instructions, for new plantations owners, more details further down the page.

• Each plantation owner will be assigned a plantation location. We have plenty of fuzzy moss and silk cloth to help you build. Please do bring all of the fuzzy moss that you do have. Please also bring your Cocoa seeds, so you can plant your trees right away.
• Each week, every plantation owner will be assigned three new plantations to harvest Cocoa at.
• Similarly, every plantation owner will be assigned three new tenders to plant trees for. Please plant the trees in an orderly manner, use F8 F8 camera and plant your trees nicely around your plantation with a little space in between them.
• Each tender will be expected to harvest every one of their assigned trees four times a week, depositing the Cocoa into the plantation the trees belong to.
• Once we have enough trees to make a push to get advances to pass the test, seven plantations will be assigned as high harvesting plantations. What this means is that during those weeks the harvesters will try to harvest the Cocoa as often as possible at those seven plantations.
• After you harvest, please announce in the guild chat that you have harvested.
• For week one, please assign these 3 workers to your first 3 trees. . . Balthazarr, Baltharina & Raia . . . We are starting late and I want to make sure that everyone gets their bonus seeds this week.
• If you are not concerned with passing in the first bunch of people, please indicate low priority below.
• Very Tentative map, will adjust once the total number of members is known
• Please add the names of spouses (that do not want to be plantation owners) and Alts that can help out during the push to pass.
• If your spouse has any desire to pass the test ever, please add them as a builder and indicate they are a low priority.
• If all of this makes sense to you, please change your status below to "Agreed" or /chat Balthazarr to update your status.

Howdy Guildmates :-) It looks like everyone has perfectly tended. If you are 100% sure that you did at least 3 harvests on every tree assigned to you, including the newest ones, please do NOT do any more tends until after passes. After passes, we want to get a tending done as soon as possible to get new seeds to plant new trees for this weeks First Push Week. We will be making the push on the first 7 plantations that were built that have 15 trees, these belong to. . . Istwan #1, Tilana #2, Kiara #3, MissBarbara #4, Nephereh #5, Xanulin #6 & Shu #9. We want to maximum tend these 7 plantations. By Maximum tend, please tend these as much as possible, without going crazy, no need to set alarms to wake up in the middle of the night or anything else crazy like that. The remaining plantations, belonging to DaSpozz , Kaa , Shu , Balthazarr , Eranu , Bootwater , Anulikah , Aereon , Anax , Bigfootep , Sage , CouchPotato & LuluDivine we will still need to tend 4 times to assure perfect tending and new seeds a week from now. I will be updating the guild page and maps shortly with the new assignments. This week, everyone will get 3 new plantations to tend and 3 new tenders to plant trees for. I have made an effort to keep your tends close to each other, in a straight line, or adjacent plantations in the next column. Due to some special requests, not everyone has all of their tends perfectly organized. As time goes on, the holes will be filled. Since I am using MissBarbara & BalthazaR to fill any gaps and their trees will be all over the place, I think I might use sculptures to mark their trees to make tending a bit less painful. The assignments above assume that EVERYONE was perfectly tended and got Cocoa Seeds
Number of trees you should be tending after passes... 3 - LuluDivine - newest member 6 - DaSpozz - spouse is double tending. 6 - CouchPotato & Sage - newer members 7 - BalthazaR - tending Balthazarr, as he can not tend himself, plus 3 new plantations a week 9 - Anax & Bigfootep - new members 12 - Aereon, Anulikah, Bootwater, Eranu, Kaa, Kiara, MissBarbara, Nephereh, Shu, Tilana & Xanulin - The normal tenders 18 - Balthazarr & Istwan - tending all but their own 19 - Baltharina & Raia - tending all
Tenders: Please try to tend as soon as you can after passes, this will allow the owners to plant as soon as they can get access to their new Cocoa Seeds. On the VERY FIRST harvest after passes, in addition to Cocoa you may find Cocoa Seeds at the trees you are tending. Anywhere from 0 to 3 of them. Make a note of where you got these new Cocoa Seeds from, so that you can get them to the proper person's Box, located in the Compound next to the GH.
Any Cocoa Seeds you find belong to the owner of the plantation that they are found at. Please stash the Cocoa Seeds into the appropriately named Box at the compound at 1088, -5565, next to the GH. The chests are laid out in the same order as the plantations.
Box Owners, please make sure that your Box is publicly stashable and viewable by the public.
Plantation Owners, please plant your new trees in the same order as your newly assigned tenders. The next three trees will start to wrap around the bottom of the plantations. Having neatly planted trees in an orderly manner will make tending easier when there are more trees. I use the bonfire build controller, 2 large clicks is 1 coord, to get a nice interval. NEVER plant a second tree for the same person. Do NOT mulch any trees. Additionally, every week 3 people will have BalthazaR assigned as a tender, this is my alt with ONLY one R at the end of his name. Please do NOT assign a second tree to the 2 R'ed Balthazarr, as this will lead to imperfect tending.
If you discover more than 3 Cocoa Seeds in your Box, please stash the extras in the Extra Seeds and Supplies Chest. You will only have more than 3 seeds if someone stashed in the wrong box. These extra seeds will be given to people who discover they have had less than 3 Cocoa Seeds deposited.
For this upcoming week, We will be making the push on the first 7 plantations that were built that have 15 trees, these belong to. . . Istwan #1, Tilana #2, Kiara #3, MissBarbara #4, Nephereh #5, Xanulin #6 & Shu #9. We want to maximum tend these 7 plantations. For these regular plantations that we want to do 4 tends per tree, please start counting with the first harvest of the last tree planted for you to tend.
If you discover extra Cocoa in your pockets after tending, just revisit the plantations you are tending at and try to deposit Cocoa. The option will only be available if you did not correctly deposit before.
Once you have tended each of your trees 4 times, at this point there is no need to do additional tending. This is especially true on Sundays before passes. If you tend right before passes, it will delay uncovering new seeds, and there by delay when they get planted.
