Laws/Chest Usage Utility Log Act

The Container Usage Log is a log in which the container owner can choose to enable the tracking of items from a chest.
The log would represent the last 14 transactions to have moved through the container.
Law Purpose: To track the incoming and outgoing resources from a container and determine the person who made the movement. This is particularly useful for guild chests and various other shared chests.
Law Details: Under the Utility menu of any container would be an extra option that would allow the contents of the container to be logged. Once enabled the container log may not be disabled (Disabling the log would defeat the purpose of the log.)
Sample of log:
01-JAN-15 01:23.00AM Silden placed 50 Straw into container
01-JAN-15 01:23.15AM Silden removed 50 Flint from container
(Containers = Chests, Boxes, Warehouses etc)
(Similar to our Ancestor's Chest Usage Utility Log Act)
