The guild has some large buildings and some mines near a lake and some trees, east of the chariot stop and south of UArt:

- 3647, 4807 : Charcoal ovens, Furnaces and Reactories
- 3617, 4802 : Brick Racks, Kettles, Pottery Wheels, Kilns, Rock Saws, Glazier's Benches, Glory Hole, Mason's Benches, Small Distaff
- 3617, 4810 : Carpentry Shop (planning on making more)

- 3658, 4811 : Tin Mine (Public Use, owned by Mirallie)
