Flowers are unlocked in game through researching technologies and as event prizes.
Sea lilies are unlocked with the Horticulture tech.
Roses of Ra are unlocked with the Xenobotany tech.
Orchids arrived in T7 as prizes for the St Valentine's sculpture event. Masquerade bulbs were awarded to 9 of the top sculpture builders and 3 Sabretooth bulbs were given by lottery.
Sand Blooms are not in game for T7 yet.
