This law gives paying Citizens the right to remove debris and eyesores from their environment so we can all better enjoy the game. As such, this law gives Citizens (level 1 or higher with paid accounts) the additional right to Salvage or Set to Public (use & repair permissions) items as outlined below. To reiterate, these rights are in ADDITION TO any other rights allowed by law (such as the Resource Reclamation Act):
Salvage
Any *outdoor* brick rack, wood plane, distaff, or flax comb, 3 real days after its last use.
Any sculpture with at least 5 total votes of which at least 80% are negative 7 real days after it was opened for judging.
Any sculpture created by an Egyptian who has passed the Principles of Art, if said sculpture has fewer than 50% positive votes.
Any incomplete sculpture (not open for judging) after the later of 7 real days after it was first started or 14 days since it was last open for judging.
Any Empty Hand puzzle with median score of Poor or Fair , 14 real days after it was constructed.
Any incomplete (not open for judging) Empty Hand puzzle after the later of 7 real days after it was first started or 14 days since it was last open for judging.
Set to Public (use and repair permissions)
Any outdoor drying rack, flax hammock, vineyard, beer kettle, citrus tree, indonesian beehive, or hookah owned by a trial or expired account, after the later of 7 real days since the account was last used or 7 real days since the object was last used.
Any outdoor drying rack, flax hammock, vineyard, beer kettle, citrus tree, indonesian beehive, or hookah owned by a guild whose elders are all trial or expired accounts, after the later of 7 real days since the last elder’s account expired or 7 real days since the object was last used.
Any mine, water mine, quarry, deep well, or raeli oven owned by a trial or expired account, after the later of 14 real days since the account was last used or 14 real days since the object was last used.
Any mine, water mine, quarry, deep well, or raeli oven owned by a guild whose elders are all trial or expired accounts, after the later of 14 real days since the last elder’s account expired or 14 real days since the object was last used.
