Overview

Steam Silt Collectors can only be built on a clay patch near a silt generator. If you try to build and get the message "You aren't near a good source of clay" then disassemble the construction site, move a few feet toward the center of the silt patch, and try to build again.

Use

Load it with up to 500 wood gathers 40 silt per teppy minute, eats 1 wood every 5 minutes. Mine gathers 60 silt per Pluri min -TheMazeEcho (T7)

Also seems to pick up some flint now and then at random
