A Cotter Pin is carved from a piece of Wood using a Knife:Sharp Edge or better. You also need Carving skill of 4 or higher to make this item.
Self > Skills > Carving > Level 4... menu
On a 30 sec FOC timer.
"You carve a cotter pin, used to hold objects together."
Use
- 10 needed for tuition for 5th degree Carving
