Original scroll found at the University of Worship in Meroe

Labeled: This is a Scroll

This is the journal of the end of Se-Osiris, great magician of Egypt. I feel now that my time has come to go from this life and join Osiris in the Halls of the Dead, but the Goddess Isis has decreed that I leave behind a part of my work, for it shall be needed in later times. The Goddess came to me last night, telling me that I was to write the words that she would send, and place them in places that would be revealed as the story progressed. The first piece is to be placed in the Great Library, but I know not what it will say. I must await the arrival of the Goddess into my heart. -It seems that his writing here was severely impaired, maybe it was the prescence of the Goddess, or merely his excitement, we cannot tell - Aapep.

In a land of fighting, When one brother claims the crown, One by one, Shall great secrets be struck down.

The first piece of Justice, To right the sinners wrong, Shall be found in a firebird's nest, Who sings without a song.

Upon Inspection

"This scroll was placed here by Aapep, First Priest of the Land of Egypt. It tells part of the story of the End of Se-Osiris, one of the great Magicians of the court of the Pharoahs long since departed."

Scroll in Meroe 777 -3901 is inscribed with the following.

In a land of treachery, 
Where criminals run amok, 
One place only, 
Is secure without key or lock. 
A giant of the land, 
Who once walked from shore to shore, 
He sits enthroned in stoney shell, 
To walk this land no more.

Upon Inspection

"This scroll appears to be ancient, yet despite all the wear, somehow remains readable."

Scroll in Heaven's Gate -1240, 4768 is inscribed with the following.

Labeled: This is an old scroll

The rivers are of royalty, 
Their twins flows mix to one, 
The interflowing currents, 
Speak volumes of sparring son. 

Seek on the tip, 
The spearpoint of the land, 
Buried in the golden, 
Ever flowing sand.

Upon Inspection

"This scroll is very, very old, from a time way beyond our forebearers. Interestingly, 
 despite the holes and wear, the ink still stands out clearly against the parchment."

Scroll In Saqqrah 804, -1458 is inscribed with the following.

Labeled: An Ancient Scroll

My next piece is left to those, 
Who build with brick and lime, 
Their most enduring masterpiece, 
Which stands the test of time. 
Search you to the west, 
Of this most impressive feat, 
And marvel at the time, 
And weight upon he feet. 

Upon Inspection

"This scroll appears ancient, yet it is in remarkably good shape. 
Oddly enough, none of the holes fully obscure the text, and the message can 
still be worked out."

Scroll in Khmun -1870,-2105 is inscribed with the following.

Labeled: This is an Ancient Scroll

Now my eyes grow weary, 
My quill feels like softest lead, 
My legs will barely carry me, 
And yet I still have far to tread. 

Go now to the place, 
Of one so newly dead, 
A stranger to this land, 
Who shall follow the path I tread.

Upon Inspection

"This scroll resembles the previous ones, with it's odd ability
to retain its text throught such a long time."

Scroll in Heaven's Gate -2854, 7638 on the ground near Akakios Tomb.

My final time aproaches, 
My journey almost done, 
I sit ontop a hill, to watch the rising sun. 

Yet no! 
I shall not go in peace! 
The earth shall mourn my passing, 
And give me my release. 

Witness the fury, 
As I stand here proud, 
Fire and brimstone, 
And thunder crack out loud. 

Down shall go Se-Osiris, 
Yet not in stone-cold tomb. 
I shall breathe my last, 
In Osiris' flamey plume.

Upon Inspection

The writing on these scrolls gets harder to read, as the person 
writing seems to be more and more agitated
