Vault is located in Southern Queen's Retreat (755, -7700). Vault is the first guild ever formed in Tale 4.

Welcome

Sadly, Vault has seen many of it's members move on from this great land of Egypt recently. We hope you will drop by to apply and say hi, we're always looking for new friends and we're always glad to help out or even just chat to pass the time. We have many facilities available for use, see our equipment list below.

News

  • Pilgrimage being planned, we need 4 more people! See Choltai or Klax for details. Group currently consists of Choltai, Hekatef, Klax.
  • Dig from Nov 1st was a great success. Thank you all! Dig page. There will be another, most likely in FB, and we'll keep you posted when it is.
  • Cement stir! Sometime after the dig we will have a stirring party. Chat an elder if you want to join. Check this space later for more information.
  • Moon Steel calculator added to Juspar's Tools Page

Current Projects

  • Raeli ovens We are working on getting together the materials for a 3rd raeli oven. Please feel to donate what you can to the project. There is a chest labeled for the oven in the smith compound by the guild hall. If you aren't sure, please ask! Even just 100 debens of wood or charcoal is a huge help. We need lots of cc for smelting and making alloys.
  • Aqueduct towers We are planning some towers near Vault. See Klax if you'd like to help with a tower to bring the life giving waters to the desert and work on the Test of Life!
  • Compound maintenance If you'd like to help but don't have the time or materials for the more expensive projects, we can always use flax, rotten flax, tow, bricks, and boards for compound maintenance. We don't have enough cornerstones for all our buildings and would welcome help to keep our buildings from crumbling so the equipment is useable for you. Feel free to donate a cornerstone if you have an extra not being used.

Test Info

Initiation of Worship

  • The path that has been used by a few pairs of members is at the crossroads near our expedition site.
Start at the common altar, perform your flax, fish, and camel milk in that immediate area.
Run west along the road towards sbody. Break off to the north and visit one of our mines for the beetle part.
Go to the sbody and learn ecology 2 (if you've learned this, you'll have to modify the route).
Hit the road west until it starts to curve. Continue west into the desert.
Complete the "deep desert" when there is nothing in view (hills/spikes of sandy terrain are okay) and reverse course

Initiation of Body

  • You can start this test at the SBody and run east towards the SThought.
