A Tale in the Desert unterstüzt den OpenID standard für single-sign-on Webseiten. OpenID erlaubt es sich an viele unterschiedliche Webseiten anzumelden ohne jedesmal ein anderes Passwort zu benutzen. Unser Ziel ist es, dir mit einem einzigen Benutzerkonto und einem einzigen Passwort Zugang zu Spiel, Wiki und Forum und allen anderen Diensten, die wir in Zukunft noch hinzufügen, zu ermöglichen.
Benutzung von OpenID in A Tale in the Desert
Bevor du dich Anmelden kannst, mußt du erst dein OpenID Konto im Spiel aktivieren:
- Log dich ins Spiel ein und tippe /webpass atitd.org <Passwort> im Chat
- (meaning you replace <password> with a password of your choice - but not your game or bank one!).
- Wait till you see the notification in game that your account data has been uploaded.
- Your open id is atitd.org/openid/<Name>
- (where <Name> is your game user name, e.g. atitd.org/openid/Sami).
Probleme
Wenn du Probleme bei der Anmeldung hast, versichere dich zuerst, das du dein Webpass wie oben beschrieben eingerichtet hast.
Zweitens, überzeuge dich, das du das Setzen von Cookies von atitd.org zuläßt. (Testseite:cookie tester)
Wenn keins der beiden dein Problem löst, schilder dein Problem im Forum oder kontaktiere FaceAnkh im Spiel.
Third party sites
Third party sites can also use the atitd.org openid server to confirm the identity of users, meaning they won't need to reregister for each site. The process is fairly straightforward and example PHP code is available (implementations in many other languages too). If you're interested in doing this, contact FaceAnkh.
