After the talk with Phile I have come to believe that she is lying about knowing our old Pharoah, and about carrying secrets for Egypt. She may well have good reason to lie, to protect her own life.
Her answers related to these questions are too quick and sure compared to other things and at one point, I think on E! she made a point of saying they did not know Pharoah.
Niko apparently believed they knew something. If there had been a letter perhaps naming an heir, Niko would want to find it at best or at worst ensure it was destroyed never to surface.
Of the letter names Sami he could produce and get his way, if it names Wahim he could make sure it is never found.
How to actually prove any of this stuff? Beats me. Voyna
