Is there any advantage having OE 2 or 3 vs OE 1? - Matk

Certainly. You can play the memory game. You can 'delay' by up to OE-1 levels (so at OE1, delay of 0, at OE2, delay of 1, etc), which gets you more ore (playing OE1 gets around 3 iron ore per pull while OE2 gets 4, for example; not much more work, but more ore for the repair costs) - tlanthil
