Updated Reactory shape based on new building.

- Created in Visio 2007, not sure if it will work in earlier versions.
- Includes three types of "sector" blocks - no fill, solid fill and grid fill.
- Includes all currently released buildings in T4.
- Includes all other buildings from T3, based on their old sizes. Be aware that footprints may change for not yet released buildings!!
- You can change the text, colors, etc. on any shape after it has been added to your page. The only thing protected is the size, but even that can be modified via the Format > Protection menu.
