7/31/2009 iziz is one strong lady! She's +6 STR after catching her 4th otter!

7/30/2009 While walk-about for shrooms and bugs, Shu picked up another Desert Rat! It's SOOO much more fun when you are NOT trying to fill your quota. The chase was great and the capture was sweet.

7/28/2009 Wow! An eventfull day! First: Shu is now an Acro Master and passed Test of the Acrobat and got a new title and a level: Prentice of the Human Body - Level 18 and DEX +7! Next, Shu got SPD +9! He's a Zippidy-Shu-Da!

7/27/2009 Woot! We all won prizes for the herb gathering festival: 21 papy and 7 octet's alloy!! It was quite a challenge trying to find herbs when all of Egypt was out on the hunt but we managed to find a few spots that had been missed. Of course there was no way we were going to beat the Pro-Gathers, there are many talented herb finders in Egypt but Shu is not one of them, but it was great to find pockets of herbs - 3 or 4 at a time and know that we had "struck gold" or "Octet's Alloy"! :)

7/22/2009 iziz is on a tear! She nailed her third otter in record time! woot!

7/21/2009 iziz got her first otter! The first one is always the hardest but she only used 18 boards to catch the wiley creature! The otter had hidden 2 holes on the edges of some mines that were nearby. The holes were well camoflaged as mine rocks but the sharp eyed iziz spotted one of them and Shu flushed out the other. Then is was on to learning how to map the otter holes and chase her around the pathways. In the end, she ended in iziz's pocket! Later, iziz tackled another otter with a complex hole pattern - it was a long puzzle but the 2nd tag is in the bag

7/18/2009 Shu won 21 bronze in the Egypt Heptathalon #1! I got a whopping score of 2 but I got the participation prize anyway. I gathered 112 grass and 55 slate and 212 clay in 30 minutes... the only problem was clay was NOT in the list of items <ROFL>! But I got credit for the grass and slate so I got the 21 bronze and I have an extra 200 clay to boot! <LOL> Shu did better in Heptathalon #2 - scored 5 <lol> but I got 21 cuttable stones anyway! And this time I did 5 items all on the list: grass, silt, wood, slate, veggies. Unfortunately I tried peppers and that wasn't a good choice -> took too long to grow and had lots of failures.

7/16/2009 Woot! iziz got her 4th ibis and +5 STR! Shu turned in List 1 for Test of the Darkest Night and got +2 CON! Both iziz and Shu dropped their falcon rabbits and got another level each! We chased a falcon for a LONG time but couldn't find the roost :( but then Shroom Time came and iziz got 3 of her 5 shrooms for Test of the Darkest Night and dinged Level 16!

7/15/2009 GRATZ iziz! She PASSED Test of the Cicada! And Shu got SPD +8! Woot iziz and Shu got an ibis feather each! It was a race against the clock as the ibis poof at 6 pm but we made it just in time and Shu got +6 STR as a bonus!

7/11/2009 WHOA! Shu PASSED Test of the Cicada! You can call me the "Speedy Shu" <G>! Yippee! And iziz has Speed 6 and is on her way to passing too! Double WOOTs! And another big find: IBIS! Shu and iziz each got an ibis feather for their hats! A busy day for Shu and iziz - we went to the cement stir hosted by Rabble - he had 2 vats going and we were stirring up a storm! Thanks!

7/08/2009 Shu built a Beetle Terrarium in the Wine Cellar. For now, it will just be good cabbage storage <G>.

7/07/2009 Zeus hosted a lovely party and wedding (for himself and Kalmkitty) at his new wedding complex near U Lead in Shabbat Ab. Shu and iziz were delighted to be invited and had a great time! There was wine and beer and hookah smoking, food and terrific fireworks too! Everyone should come and see how he's decorated the canals and altar complex - it's really terrific!
