8/30/2009 DP Rank 4 has voted for Halana. There wasn't much of a chat about it. But SURPRISE! Bluegrass was there playing a friend's account (Ammut). So nice to see someone who likes you so much they threaten to ban you... While some of the others didn't understand Bluegrass and my interactions and Bluegrass didn't bother to explain, I finally clued them in about the threatened ban. Of course, they found it hard to believe and suggested that I "not create drama and talk to him directly". I did point out that I was there and Bluegrass was there and he didn't even try to explain his possible "joke". It would have been a great opportunity for Halana to show what kind of DP she would make, but it didn't happen. Hmmm I wonder if it's because she's in a guild with him??? Later: Well Halana finally looked at the chats and I posted her response on my KingMaker pages

8/28/2009 Shu spent his time today breaking the emerald mine. :) Good thing he just got an extra way point so he can pick up all those extra repair mats and get back to watching the sand count go up!

8/27/2009 Whew, finished Principles of the Venery - Level 19 and got Navigation 3 as a prize! Shu did the one by Kastou and it was a nasty piece of work. 2 of the clues are just useless - there are a million "papy mountains" and finding the right one wasn't easy. The one I knew about was at the end of the road past U Thought - well that is NOT it. Then the one about his obi that was another run around. I suppose all his friends knew where he'd parked it but since I don't know him I didn't have a clue - but I can tell you its completely hidden as its a small obi and you cannot see it easily. The rest was good but if you don't know Shabbat Ab you're gonna have a problem - and I've been in SA since T3.

8/26/2009 Ran another venery today. A really nice one by lilinou in Shabbat Ab. Got 2 of 3 now towards principles.

8/25/2009 Finally got Greenhouse #4 built! Camels should now be in fantastic shape - straw wise. Its been a bit of a stressor to constantly worry about feeding the darn old things - but now it will be smooth sailing on the straw front. :)

8/20/2009 Got another load of wine! This time from Spooner - yippee! He has a really nice setup in Stillwater with a Gem School and public water mine too. Ran his venery too which is really neat a quick. Just a warm up to come back and work on his gem school. Also did an herb trade with Iy-Nefer and got a spring Q8700 in return!

8/19/2009 Did a wonderful trade with Almelkehdes for some of his great wines! And Shu joined the wine guild too. Thanks!

8/15/2009 I can't believe it! Shu finally got Cooking 5!!! It's taken since the start of tale to get all the herbs for it. I'm not sure what Shu will do with Cooking 5 because he can barely do Cooking 4 recipes - although he did scrape a couple of Cooking 4 recipes from the wiki that are plenty good enough for our simple needs (one END and one PER). But Cooking 5 is a major achievement anyway. Wootsky!

8/14/2009 Today we had a building spree at our camel pen area. Shu and iziz put up a third greenhouse and four thistle gardens (set to: useable by anyone) plus a small warehouse to store the thistle output in. We grew some test thistles and we hope to have some to trade soon! We also added a master casting box to the metal shop.

8/11/2009 We have CITRUS TREES! Woot! Today iziz and Shu planted 3 citrus trees along the path near our gardens. Looks like more papy will be in our future as it takes 2 baskets per tree.

8/10/2009 Shu and iziz did a whole bunch of glass today. iziz learned how to use the glazier's bench and made 25 glass pipes! WOOT! Shu made some emtpy bottles and some sheet glass (zzzzz). Also made a nice trade with Ariella (shrooms for gold) and with hilly (herbs for cooper).

8/08/2009 WOOT! Bottling Day has finally arrived and Shu bottled up a load of 14.1% wines! Yippee!

8/07/2009 Poor Shu - never above the radar before and now targeted on E! by SpicyXX. It seems like some of my DP fellows did not like the questions or implications of their answers and decided to a) take it to E! after the round and b) disclosed that they decided privately (outside of DP chat) during the round that Shu was to be ignored. And perhaps they were not aware that Shu saw the last postings in the DP Channel before the end of the round where BlueGrass agreed to ban Shu... Alas, Alas, Alas.

8/04/2009 Well Rank 3 DP round has been very very interesting. Lots of interesting view points and some exciting dynamics going. Round will be ending soon and it doesn't look like Shu will be moving forward - ah well, next time might be better.

8/01/2009 There are no flys on iziz: she has SPD +9 now! And Shu made it into the next round of DP too! Amazing! iziz finished her first shroom list and got +2 CON. She got her second list and unfortunately she got the dreaded Beehive Shrooms on her second list - drat! :(
