01/30/2010 An AWESOME day in Egypt! First iziz PASSED Test of the Towers and is now L26 Prentice of Two! Next Shu and iziz attended the Hathor's Re-Do and both PLEASED the God! Now at 100% for Hathor!

01/28/2010 WOW! Shu finished List 6 for Test of the Darkest Night and is now on the last list! Beehives may have been spawned but now Shu has to find Spiderlings - which is almost as bad <sigh>.

01/26/2010 Nice day in Egypt <G>. Today Shu and iziz went shrooming - no luck though. Then we worked the OSM Quarry and pulled enough so that we have 8 Pigment Mortars each. WOOTS!

01/25/2010 Go iziz! She build some more towers today - sneaking up on 100% now. She also passed the 500 lesson mark for Shu's belly dance! Another interesting DP Round - no advance for Shu but a good round!

01/23/2010 Today was Bastet Festival day. Shu and iziz put on their lovely ribbons and sacrificed their ambrosias and Bastet was PLEASED! Both Shu and iziz got 100% too! The ribbons are really beautiful but they only last 1 hour and are expensive to make because they are made from silk cloth which is really hard to make this tale. It would be nice to be able to wear them sometimes and watch them blow in the breeze. And they are really really kewl when iziz belly dances!

01/22/2010 Built two new citrus trees in the orchard and added the lilies and statues. Got info on the new DP round - it's gonna be an interesting round. Some "name" players and an equal number of mules... wonder how it will turn out 3 days from now?

01/21/2010 Happy New Year Egypt! A new Egyptian year has started - woots! Shu and iziz are all set for the Bastet Festival on Saturday. Big THANK YOUs to TheMazeEcho and Maata for helping Shu and iziz get their stuffs. TME gets a special BIG THANKS because of all the silk ribbons he's providing - those are very very hard to come by and not only did he give them to players, he also died them the proper colors too!

01/19/2010 Wheee! Sweat Sweat Sweat! Shu and iziz sweated at the casting box and did loads of gears and bearings. Shu built the 2 gearboxes needed for the 2nd quarry and installed them. Then Shu did a load of gravel and made some concrete - SKI now has a brand new Brick Machine with upgraded hopper! Dunno what we will do with the bricks but it's grinding them out in the Brick Shed.

01/18/2010 Another BIG day in Egypt! Shu figured out how to make gearboxes (click here for Shu's info on how to do them) <woooot> and made the ones required by our OSM quarry. iziz and Shu ran out and installed them in the quarry and ... they WORKED!!! We pulled 8 pieces from the quarry! It was iziz's first time doing quarrying and Shu's first time giving directions. Back at home base - the 8 OSM were converted into Pigment Mortars so it's Off To the Test of the Tattoo Races for Shu and iziz!!!

01/16/2010 A busy busy day in Egypt. Shu and iziz when out looking for OSM Marble and FOUND a quarry on our first go round! Totally amazing! Shu and iziz had never done it before although Shu had done lots of stand on X in T3. Then Shu and iziz went to the Thoth's Festival and Please the God! We both cleared 100%! Shu had only discovered wine flavors a few days ago and was able to provide wines to 4 others!

01/15/2010 Woots for iziz! She cleared List 1 for Test of the Darkest Night and is now at +3 CON and is now (finally) moving on to List 2. She also cleared her Enthusiast's Wine Notebook and got the Oenophile Notebook! Shu and iziz are both ready for the Thoth's ReDo Festival tomorrow - Thanks to Lill for finding Shu some cassis wine! Shu found some peach wine that was given to him by Kastou eons ago - the vintage is good but not sure of the alchohol content - so we will hope for the best.

01/14/2010 OMGosh! The GODs of Egypt dropped a load of BEEHIVE SHROOMS! Over 150 Beehives where spawned in the desert. Pluribus alerted those of us on-line that an unusual spawn of Beehives had happened. Shu had just logged in to feed the camels when the announcement was made on E!. Everyone started running - Shu ran down the west side of the nile to Saqqarah and then headed west towards Khmun. Rabble found the shrooms which where at -113/352 Khmun - not far from where Shu was running. A fast run to the north and Shu and iziz got all the Beehives they needed! It was an amazing sight - Beehive shrooms everywhere and Egyptians arriving as fast as they could. Unfortunately the field despawned before everyone could get there. 01/09/2010 An eventful day in Egypt. Shu and iziz did the Hathor's Festival and we both got 92%. A special thanks to Darwishi and TheMazeEcho for helping us get the needed Ambrosias! Shu also finished List 5 for the Test of the Darkest Night and got the dreaded Beehives on List 6. Looks like it's all over for that test now.
