Mine Automation
Mine Automation from University of Architecture allows installation of Automatic Winches, letting the mines run themselves. Hoewever, you get less ore per pull until a certain tuning level has been reached.

These amounts are for 1 ~60k glory temple. Note that increasing a color from 1000 to 5000 tiles only adds ~80 glory.
