To prevent against littering Egypt, it is herby proposed:
1) all bonfires created with less than 300 wood, will have a ownership lifespan of no more than 72 hours.
2) After 72 hours of inital building of bonfire, any bonfire with less than 300 wood becomes public use.
3) Adding any amount of wood, as long as its still under 300 in total, will not reset the 72 hour timer. Timer begins as soon as the bonfire is built.
