Laws/Detritus Reduction Act
Phase: Drafting and revision.
Detritus Reduction Act
With the passing of this law:
Bundles of rotting flax and bonfires of under 100 wood may be retrieved or salvaged after 7 days of being placed.
The compounds and outdoor buildings of trial accounts that have not logged in for more than 28 consecutive days may be salvaged.
The compounds and outdoor buildings of exiled players may be salvaged immediately upon thier exile unless they have an heir declared. If the exiled player does have a declared heir, then that heir has 14 days to make their claim before the property of the exiled player becomes salvageable by anyone.
In cases that emergency building removal is required, a demi-pharaoh may mark a structure for removal. Once marked, there is a 5 minute window in which 7 citizens must approve the demolition. If the approval is gained, the building will be removed and all resources will be lost. In addition, the owner of the building (or the elders in the case of a guild building) will receive a message informing them of what type of building was removed, where that building was located, and what demi-pharaoh initiated the vote.
