Allows creation of a Small Flywheel and Medium Flywheel or Large Flywheel in a Master's Casting Box.

Adds a Steam... menu with Small Steam Engine, Medium Steam Engine, Large Steam Engine, and High Pressure Steam Engine to the assembly menu.
