Talk:Fennec Locations
Not sure how to add public traps to this map. I've built public fennec traps at -400,1100; -250,-3250; -250,-3500; -250,-3750; -1250,-3250
Also, there's no fennec trap at -1500, 1000
- If there's no trap at the location you need to build one and mark it on the map. The traps disintegrate after 29-30 days so there may be missing ones.

I'm running the trap lines in the South Western Section (SE/Hinterlands) There are Ruddy, Bushy-Tailed and Furry all within the trap line section.
I will try to place updated trap info when I can The current map is too confusing
I don't know where to put the data. I have info on my own map you can use.

Rework of the pin info
I copied all the pin info into a spreadsheet and cleaned it up a bit. After removing all the blank cells, I did a sort all by the X coordinate. I then rearranged the order so that it follows the in-game coordinate system, i.e. highest positive number at the top of the list (north), lowest negative number at the bottom (south). As I didn't want to make it even harder for myself, and future editors, I didn't bother with sorting by Y coordinate.
I then added a blank line at the break points to make it easy to follow, e.g. at the grid breaks, 0, 250, 500, etc.; not everything fit the 250 pattern, but I split them where I thought it best.
I didn't really change any actual pin info and as far as I can tell, every single pin from before my edit is still there.
Whether there are traps at all those pins... Well, I didn't check.
As to a better layout or system for the map, I don't really think there is one. I think it's easy enough to tell where traps are, or should be, because of the grid layout that we normally use.
Seems to me the best method is if you're chasing fennecs and run the standard grid, if you come across a spot where there isn't a trap, but the map says there is, just build a trap; and please, make it public. I know you want your capture, but so do we all, and having four traps at one spot is just kind of silly.
Since the redo of the coordinate sorting, it should be easy to edit or add a new trap listing, just find the X coordinate on the list and add a new line with your new trap, being sure to leave a blank line where there was already one.
This will make it more difficult to edit some pins since the Y coordinate is unsorted, but since the groups are fairly small now, it shouldn't be too difficult.
If anyone has any better ideas for sorting or layouts, I think we're all open to suggestion.
