Template:Tattoo
From ATITD6
Jump to navigationJump to searchTHANK YOU... ...for looking to add more locations to this file. We've tried to make it as easy as possible for you, but need your help to ensure it is kept clean and tidy.
Usage
First off, you will use the following format for your entry: {{Tattoo|DoN|1234,5678|clay=1|dirt=2|elev=1|statue=1}} Don't worry, it's easy to work things out. Each part is separated by a pipe (The | symbol) - this is normally found to the left of the Z key (or copy/paste it from here... | ) Start each entry on a new line with {{Tattoo| so that the system knows you're going to give it a new Tattoo location - everything starts with this. Next is the region. Please use abbreviations as follows: CCR = Cat's Claw Ridge CotS = Cradle of the Sun DoN = Desert of Nomads DoS = Desert of Shades EG = Eastern Grounds 4C = Four Corners LoR = Lake of Reeds Hint(RP) = Hinterlands - put the nearest Chariot in brackets MV = Midland Valley Mem = Memphis OE = Old Egypt RP = River Plains 7L = Seven Lakes Sin = Sinai SE = South Egypt VoK = Valley of Kings Then you have the coordinates. Just enter this in the format -1234,5678 Everything else should only be included if it's there and you know about it, otherwise just leave it blank (that is, don't include it!). COORDINATES If the exact requirement is only available in a very small part of the coordinate, indicate this with the following tag |tiny=*| This is only for locations that are super finicky and are less than a coordinate in size. TERRAIN For the terrain at the exact coordinates, put in the type followed by =1 or =yes. Acceptable terrain are |clay|, |dirt|, |grass|, |rock| and |sand| For example, if the coordinates given have the terrain sand, put in: sand=1 or sand=yes If the terrain is possible in the general location but not the exact coordinates (but everything else listed can be achieved) then put in a =2 or =can or =near, for example: sand=2 or sand=near or sand=can If the coordinates given is a grass, but there's dirt and sand that can achieve everything, then you will have grass=1|dirt=2|sand=2 or grass=yes|dirt=can|sand=near If you really get stuck, you can resort to |terrain=something|, although this should be a last resort. ELEVATION For the elevation, put in elev= followed by the elevation. The following are valid: |elev=0| or |elev=<100| when the terrain is up to 100 feet |elev=1| or |elev=100-200| when the terrain is between 100 and 200 feet |elev=2| or |elev=200-300| when the terrain is between 200 and 300 feet |elev=3| or |elev=300-400| when the terrain is between 300 and 400 feet |elev=4| or |elev=400-500| when the terrain is between 400 and 500 feet |elev=5| or |elev=500-600| when the terrain is between 500 and 600 feet |elev=6| or |elev=over 600| when the terrain is between over 600 feet Please do not list exact elevations, such as 5' or 110' 10" etc, or put any other symbols such as ' or '' - requirements for elevations would only be one of these 7 options. If you have multiple elevations possible, put in a new entry for each range, since the coordinates will change EVERYTHING ELSE Include the item and tag it with a 1 or yes if that requested item is shown as Yes on the Tattoo Helper. The valid entries are: |sch=1| or |sch=yes| Near a School |uni=1| or |uni=yes| Near a University |road=1| or |road=yes| Near a Road |water=1| or |water=yes| Near Sulfurous Water |flora=1| or |flora=yes| Far from any Flora |cacti=1| or |cacti=yes| Near at least 2 Cacti |hill=1| or |hill=yes| On a Hilltop |cliff=1| or |cliff=yes| Near the base of a Cliff |stone=1| or |stone=yes| Near a Large Stone |bridge=1| or |bridge=yes| On a Peninsula or Bridge |statue=1| or |statue=yes| Near a Statue |altar=1| or |altar=yes| Near an Altar |travel=1| or |travel=yes| Near a Travel Facility |papy=1| or |papy=yes| Near a Papyrus Plant (see below) PAPYRUS Papyrus can either be permanent or grown by the player. To help distinguish this, =2 or =can should be used to indicate where papyrus can be planted by a player to achieve this. |papy=2| or |papy=can| Near a Papyrus Plant where the player will need to plant seeds to try and get a papyrus in the required area You can provide details of where the player needs to focus their planting with the following tag: |papynotes=Enter your notes here, such as Plant@1234,5678|
Try to place your location in order of region, followed by first coordinate, followed by second coordinate. This will make it easier to correct problems, and insert new entries.
