Hawkins Rainbow Rabbit Ranch
Welcome to the Rainbow Rabbit Ranch. The ranch is located at 1572, 2550 in River Plains, about halfway between the Chariot Stop and the University of Leadership.
Rabbits are wonderful creatures, and it seems everyone loves them. Egyptian citizens, hawks, and snakes all have an insatiable appetite for these little critters, and I'm happy to assist in making them available to all of Egypt.
Whether you're a connoisseur looking to make some rabbit stew, a serpent handler, a hunter of wild falcons (who doesn't want to hunt wild rabbits too), a musician trying to upgrade their acoustics laboratory, needing pelts to drape over your obelisk, or you want to raise rabbits of your very own, I am here and strive to satisfy your rabbit related requirements.
Due to the tremendous success of the ranch, I have upgraded it with a gazebo and transformed it into a formal garden to more elaborately showcase the many wonderful features of rabbits.
Trading Procedures
Rabbits are living digital creatures and require special care. They cannot be placed in boxes or chests, but are generally carried or put in rabbit hutches. This also makes trade difficult unless it is conducted in person, which I don't care for since it requires both parties to be available and in the same place at the same time. I have set up the ranch to work around this.
If you order live rabbits, they will be placed in hutches at the ranch along with enough carrots to sustain them for 24 hours, 25 carrots for each female and 75 carrots for each male. The hutch will then be transferred to you, and you can come pick them up at your leisure, though if it takes longer than 24 hours the rabbits are likely to escape. Rabbits of different genders may be separated between two hutches to prevent overpopulation and early escape. When you come to pick up your rabbits, transfer ownership of the hutch back to me so I can continue to use the hutch for transactions. You may keep any carrots remaining in the hutch for yourself or leave them as part of payment.
For payment, if you are paying in carrots, you may place those carrots in the hutch before you transfer ownership back to me. For all other methods of payment (and carrots too if you are not ordering a live rabbit), use the ranch-house nearby. I will indicate what chest payment is to be left in.
If you order something other than live rabbits, your order will be placed in a chest in the ranch-house and ownership of the chest will be transferred to you. When you come to pick up your order, leave payment in that chest and transfer ownership of the chest back to me.
Values
The basic unit of trade is the carrot, but I accept several other methods of payment as well.

Breeder's Package: Everything you need to start a breeding program of your own! For a mere 750 carrots (or equivalent value), this package includes 1 Clay Dome, 200 Straw, 200 Boards, 1 Canvas, 4 Rope, 1 Male Rabbit, 1 Female Rabbit, and 1 Grilled Pepper to help you carry it all home. Seriously, this package weighs over 600 deben so if you don't have a carry bonus, consume the pepper and get home ASAP because the carry bonus from the pepper only lasts 10 minutes. If you have any bonus to strength or dexterity naturally, the ranch is conveniently located close to the Paradise Plains aqueduct chain. Two of these towers can boost either strength (1589, 2511) or dexterity (1589, 2543) for a full 24 hours.
Other services
Time permitting I can also make paints if you bring materials to me in Paradise Plains out by the Red Sea. See my paint recipes for the ingredients I need. Tips are not necessary, but greatly appreciated.
