This Potent yeast produces noticeable Prune flavor. However, at max alcohol, it also produces Bread and Herbal flavors in sufficient quantities to muddle the brew. In order to make real Prune beer, you need to make less than max alcohol, or mix wheat with malt. | |||||||||
