My testing of Y-82, both alone and with other microbes, consistently reveals a yeast with 1008 alcohol ceiling and 11/212 sugar floors. -Hekatef Still showing 759 for me, plenty of vitamins and sugar provided with no success, its on its own in my kettle. I'm giving up on it for now. - Setheri It caps out at 759 when I brew it at your spot, too. Weird! I'll try to play around further if I have more time.
