The Raeli Tile Reclamation Act

Whereas there exists a number of Raeli Ovens with large quantities of unburned tiles in them, and whereas, the owners of these Raeli Ovens have effectively abandoned them,

Let it be known:

1. Any Raeli Oven, on achieving 50,000 or more unburned tiles, shall be considered an Abandoned Raeli Oven.

2. All tiles in an Abandoned Raeli Oven shall be available for Public Access. [both Stored and Unburned tiles]

3. An Abandoned Raeli Oven shall convert to a Public Access Oven.

3.1 The named owner of an Abandoned Raeli Oven can reclaim the oven for Private Access provided the number of unburned tiles is less than 50,000.

3.2 Any Raeli Oven that has been Abandoned and Reclaimed 3 (three) times shall remain a Public Access Oven.

3.2.1 The Reclaimed count shall be displayed in the Utility Menu.

3.3 A Raeli Oven that has been Abandoned and/or Reclaimed shall have the option to Start Dredging remain as a Public Option.
