As Memphis is an unowned and unoccupied Region, this is more of a consideration and courtesy than anything else.

Put your name on the list Wait for the person before you in the list to build their obelisk Open a chat with the person before you and after you in the list Wait for the person before you to tell you they have passed Build your obelisk and update wiki When you pass update wiki and tell the person next in the list that you have passed Note: Person who places last material in the construction site owns the obelisk, and they cannot be transferred. This is the most common cause of 'mishaps'. Take care.

Important note: It took 2 days and 17 hours, not 2 days and 8 hours. The server lag caused it to lose more than an entire Egyptian day. So plan for it to take more time than expected.

15	Antilia	Passed Akhet III-30	An Egyptian day is not 8 hours: it's 9 and something. So an Egyptian week is, indeed, about 2 days and 17 hours. An Egyptian day is 1/3 Teppy day (8 Teppy hours) but Teppy hours were made intentionally longer than RL hours (unrelated with lag) to avoid things, like mushroom and other stuff) to happen always at the same RL time. The bottom line is that the better way of knowing where to build is not RL time. Look at the biggest obelisk (meditating about obelisk says exactly where it is). An exact Egyptian week after the date and time it was build, the builder passes. So it's safe to build after that moment.
