Nut's Essence (named after Nut, the sky goddess) is an elixir created in a Toxin Kitchen from Hairy Tooth mushrooms in Tales 4-7 (Tale 1 used Bleeding Hand, Tales 2 & 3 used Nefertari's Crown). It is used as a catalyst for Cross Breeding plants in a Greenhouse.

Cost

• 3 Hairy Tooth Mushrooms
• 10-20 Water in Jugs (to raise Volume)
• 6-10 Charcoal (to raise temperature)
• 1-10 Cabbage Juice (to test acidity)
• 3-6 Cactus Sap (to raise acidity)

Requires Botanical Identification level 1.

Creating Nut's Essence

It takes 3 water to start a batch of Nut's Essence, and volume will begin at 3.00. Volume will go down a little bit each tick, do not let water go dry, or your solution will be lost. If you follow the procedure below, the volume should not be an issue.

To Make a Batch

• Click Start a batch of Nut's Essence

Stage 1

• Click Dilute with Water 10 times
• Click Heat with Charcoal 6 times

• Check the Temperature
  • Temperature less than 600 - click Heat with Charcoal
  • Temperature over 800 - refresh the window until temperature drops
  • Temperature between 600 and 800 - continue to the next step.

• Click Ingredient: Hairy Tooth Mushrooms

Stage 2

• Click Catalyze with Cactus Sap 3 times

• Click Check Acidity
• Check the Acidity
  • Acidity less than 3.40 - Click Catalyze with Cactus Sap
  • Acidity more than 3.80 - wait a second or two then recheck the Acidity
  • Acidity between 3.40 and 3.80 - Click Ingredient: Hairy Tooth Mushrooms

You will get a popup message advising it is checking the acidity. If you mis-time it, and the acidity drops below 3.40, you will get a pop-up telling you. Don't panic, just add another cactus sap, and get it back between 3.40 and 3.80.

Stage 3

• Check the Temperature
  • Temperature less than 200 - click Heat with Charcoal
  • Temperature over 400 - refresh the window until temperature drops
  • Temperature between 200 and 400 - Click Ingredient: Hairy Tooth Mushrooms

Stage 4

• Check the Precipitate
  • Less than 1.00 - wait
  • 1.00 or above - Click Take the Nut's Essence which will appear at the bottom of the menus when the precipitate is at the right value
