Sigil of Ra
From ATITD7
Jump to navigationJump to searchOnce the Test of Hand of Ra has been started at the University of Architecture, a player may request their instructions for a sigil, also at the UArch. The requirements may be reviewed through the player's test menu.
- Create a Golden Sigil. You must have the Goldwork skill in order to craft a sigil.
Instructions seen have implied that it can be made in 1 of 3 possible ways:
- in a glazier's bench ("Craft a jewelled glass sigil inlaid with..."), using 1 db of jewelled glass plus 1 db each of gold and two metals. Cooling time is 3 minutes.
- or in a casting box ("Cast a golden sigil inlaid with..."), using 1 db of gold plus 1 db of each 2 metals, under the Goldwork menu. Cooling time is 10 minutes.
- or in a forge ("Forge a golden sigil inlaid with..."), using 1 db of gold plus 1 db of each 2 metals. Cooling time is 10 minutes.
- Set two decorative items into the sigil, at a forge, under Goldwork. Requests seen so far have been huge and large gems, gem beads, and pearl beads. Five minute cooling time.
- Decorate the sigil with three items, using your Skills/Goldwork menu. Requests have included metal foils and straps.
- Once the sigil is complete, it needs to be presented at the University of Architecture. If it meets their standards, it is returned to the player's inventory as a "Sigil of Ra". Both the unfinished "golden sigil" and the complete "Sigil of Ra" are tradeable items.
- When the golden sigil is in your inventory, it can be inspected through your skills menu.
- Components of the sigil must be added in the exact order listed in the instructions.
- Both the unfinished "golden sigil" and the complete "Sigil of Ra" are tradeable items. It is not yet known if a player can benefit from a Sigil of Ra that was created by another player.
