The Festivals Guild is located just north of the Alcyone cs, at 711, 6067.
There is a guild warehouse in back for members to drop off and pick up materials for Festival rituals. Please make arrangements in chat, pick up your materials promptly, and leave anything that isn't part of your arrangement.
